Before leaving the room, enjoy the beautiful view over the Augustus Bridge, looking north. Directly to the left you will see the Hofkirche (Catholic Court Church). On the other side of the Elbe is the Japanisches Palais and the Blockhaus with the ‘Archiv der Avantgarden - Egidio Marzona’ and the Dreikönigskirche (Three Kings’ Church) rising up behind it. Finally, to the right of the bridge you can see the Ministerial Building and on this side of the Elbe the Ständehaus (former parliament building).
Now go through the doorway to the next room of the exhibition, which is located directly next to the last display cabinet you visited. You will find the first object in the ‘Medals and Orders’ display case immediately to the left after passing through the doorway.
